Never miss a second chance...
Having been given a second chance, I stole the day to do something I regretted not doing last year ....

Belgium beach experience @ Blankenberge... awesome!
Before that Ewa and I decided to "fly" to Egypt and Turkey for a short holiday.

(I guess the WC gave it away, but it was good to still imagine while visting the sand sculptures @ blankenberge) :)
Surviving the heat wave attacks... at least the blue skys are a consolidation...

It feels strange to be back. While happy to meet up with friends whom I have not seen for a while yet also kinda sad that things will not be exactly like before. The first moments of awkwardness and briefing of each others' life takes some getting used to.
You know who are the ones that matters most to you as you count the number of people you want to catch up with and list the top few that you can possibly meet. One to one meetings helps reconnect the previous friendships, patching the loose threads... Looking forward to catching up with a Dutchie for party in a few days. :)
For now and just like before, rue de la pacification is providing a peaceful abode for a few nights...sharing movies, drinking Ayran, listening to Tarkan...its strange how you come to one country and learn about another.
