2 hours of non stop repeating a e i o u and ai oi ui.....makes me think man this is going to be real slow learning and it will be many eons later before I can speak the language.

After a while, things became fun and it started to be more like a opera class than a language class. Still I appreciate the importance of well built sound foundations in learning a language. Just like many other learning cycles, short-cuts as I'm so used to taking can't build a sturdy structure. Why the mad rush sometimes when we do lessons in schools? Why the mad rush to rise in the corporate ladder? Maybe its time to just pace well, learn it well, do things good and enjoy the journey.

If I work hard, next class maybe I can cheat my way through to go an inch further beyond.... iai...to proceed to the numbers... then again maybe not...
